We keep frequently used spare parts in stock; standard parts are usually shipped the same day. For custom parts, the lead time is clarified on a project basis.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. For all our machines we provide transport, installation, commissioning and operator training together with our field team.
Is integration into my existing line possible?
Our machines are designed to be modular; they can be integrated into your existing conveyor, control and ERP systems. We propose the right solution after an on-site survey.
How long is the warranty?
Our standard machines come with a 2-year warranty. After the warranty, our support continues with maintenance and service contracts.
