How does the TPM 26/37 thermoform machine work?

Bottom film is fed under controlled tension and formed into pack cavities. After dosing, top film is sealed and the cutting station finishes each pack.

The TPM 26/37 configuration is engineered around viscosity, fill temperature, portion weight, pack geometry and shelf-life target. Reference output is 1.800–3.000 packs/h.

Pack production from rollstock

Bottom film is formed in the machine, reducing the need for pre-made trays.

Product-matched dosing

The filler can be selected for liquid, viscous or particulate products.

Barrier and seal integrity

Film and sealing recipe are validated against the shelf-life target.

Flexible pack geometry

Pack length, depth and cavity layout are adapted through mould design.

Thermoform packaging process

  1. Film feed

    Bottom film advances from the roll under controlled tension.

  2. Heating and forming

    Film is formed into pack cavities defined by the mould.

  3. Filling

    Product is dosed cleanly and repeatably to the recipe.

  4. Sealing

    Top film is sealed under controlled temperature, pressure and time.

  5. Cutting and discharge

    Packs are cut to final size and transferred downstream.
