How does the PT H6 vacuum packaging machine work?
Product is placed in suitable packaging, air is removed to the target level and the open edge is sealed under controlled heat and pressure, reducing oxygen contact and protecting the product in handling.
For PT H6, vacuum level, dwell time and seal temperature are set from softness, moisture, fat and pack thickness. Reference output is 300–480 packs/h.
Reduced oxygen exposure
Controlled air removal supports suitable product storage conditions.
Product-matched vacuum
Recipes can reduce crushing of soft or moist products.
Reliable seal line
Temperature, pressure and time are matched to film structure.
Hygienic operation
Contact surfaces are arranged for cleaning and daily maintenance access.
When planning a PT H6 vacuum line
Product form, moisture, fat, shelf-life target and cold-chain conditions should be considered together. Film and vacuum recipe are validated by trials.
- Product size and sensitivity
- Target vacuum level
- Film thickness and barrier
- Seal width and integrity
- Cold chain and end-of-line
