What is the H20 production capacity?
The H20 mechanical range is 20–25 cycles/minute. Net hourly output is calculated from the product, fill amount, cup size, films and downstream equipment.
Does H20 use preformed cups or form the cups itself?
In the reference configuration, cups are formed from PET bottom film inside the machine, then filled, foil-sealed and cut on the same line.
Which products can be packed with H20?
Typical applications include drinking water, ayran, fruit juice and iced tea. Viscosity, foaming, filling temperature and shelf-life targets are assessed for each product.
Which packaging films does H20 use?
The reference setup uses 550–900 micron PET bottom film and heat-sealable lacquered aluminium, PVC or OPP laminated top films. Final selection follows forming and seal tests.
Which utilities are required for H20 installation?
Reference utilities are 380 V three-phase power, 3,000 L/min compressed air at 6–8 bar and about 10,000 kcal/h cooling at 10–14 °C. Site utilities are confirmed before delivery.
How does quotation and engineering proceed?
We review the product sample, target portion, cup and film data, shift plan, output target and site utilities. The proposal then defines mould, filling system, layout, options, tests, installation and training.
